The vision of Her Time came from seeing so many women spend countless hours in roles as a mother, sisters, co-workers, friends, lovers, or supporters and need an escape to focus on themselves, their dreams, and their goals. 

Her Time is a place filled with inspiration, and support, to help motivate women to do whatever they want, by putting themselves first and encouraging healthy life, work, and mental health balance.
